What a hoot! The XB420M is a fast mobility scooter that really goes like the dickens. I got mine to replace my boring and slow Rascal Medical Scooter. The rascal went a top speed of 7 mph :( The XB420M has a top speed of 15 mph! Not for the faint of heart, and a good conversation piece too. -Margerie Whithersby-
