SHIPPING POLICY
UrbanScooters.com offers FREE SHIPPING on all electric scooter, gas powered scooter, electric bike and push scooter orders placed within the continental United States. Click here for international shipping.
All shipments are delivered by standard ground delivery via
reputable carriers, typically UPS, FedEx or DHL. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, PMB's, APO's, DPO's or FPO's. Some items may be shipped
separately. The delivery date information we provide is not guaranteed, but an accurate approximation of the delivery date. Providing
inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause a brief delay for order verification.
Larger items may require a discounted freight shipment upgrade fee. Some
exceptions may apply, see the product information page for additional info.
ORDER TRACKING
An email with your tracking number and approximate delivery date
will be sent within 2-3 business days of placing your order. If you have not received a Shipping Notification email within 3 days of
placing your order, please contact us at orders@UrbanScooters.com.
Please include your Invoice # in the subject line of the email.
STANDARD FREE SHIPPING (Delivered in 2 - 6 Days)
All items in our store (except Go-Ped, see below) will arrive at your door in approximately 2-6 business days when
ordered before 10am Pacific Time unless otherwise noted on the product information
page. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days.

GO-PED FREE SHIPPING (Delivered in 2-9 days)
All Go-Ped brand products will arrive at your door in approximately
2-9 business days when ordered before 10am Pacific Time (unless otherwise noted on the product information page). Weekends and holidays are
not counted as transit days.

DISCOUNTED FREIGHT SHIPPING
A discounted Freight shipping upgrade is required on some of our larger products. Freight shipments deliver
in 3-6 days regardless of your location. See individual product pages for more information.
PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADES
Next day, 2 day and 3 day priority delivery options are available on most items for an additional fee. Orders received by 10am pacific time will usually ship the same business day or by the next business day at the latest. Your order will be delivered 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days after it has shipped depending on the priority shipping upgrade you have selected. Packages only travel on business days. Weekends and holidays are not counted as transit days. Providing inaccurate information at checkout or shipping to an alternate mailing address may cause verification delays.
Note: Go-Ped's must be built prior to shipment. Add an additional 1 - 3 days build time.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE MAILING ADDRESS
We are more than happy to ship orders to an alternate mailing address, but for your security there are some restrictions.
Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover: When shipping to an alternate address, we verify your order manually. The verification process is quick and typically completed by the next business. To verify your order, we ask for the billing phone number on file with your credit card company at checkout. We then contact you to verify your order through the confirmed phone number. To expedite processing, please contact your credit card company to update your phone number if you believe the correct number may not be on file. You can bypass this verification process by shipping to your billing address.
PayPal: We only ship PayPal orders to a CONFIRMED PayPal address.
Debit Cards: We are unable to ship orders placed by debit card to an alternate address.

We are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaska at this time. We hope to offer this service soon!
