If you wish to return merchandise purchased from for a refund, please review the terms and conditions below, then fill out the R.M.A. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form located at the bottom of this page. Within 1 - 2 business days of submitting this form, we will contact you by email with a R.M.A. number, return mailing address and further instructions. Returns for refund must be pre-authorized.

Return Terms & Conditions
* Customer must initiate return shipment of the merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
* Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused, damaged in any way or gas has been added to the fuel tank. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.).
* Customer is responsible for returning merchandise at their own expense.
* We recommend keeping the original packaging (including the palate and cage on freight items) for the length of the return period. Without original packaging, repackaging the merchandise is at customer expense.

Preparing your product for return shipment:
* Re-pack the merchandise securely, include the original contents of the box; warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.
* Include a copy of your invoice.
* Include a copy of the RMA notice you have received from us by email.
* Clearly print your RMA# on the return shipping label (on the outside of the box).
* For your protection we recommend all returns be sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other courier that issues a tracking number. We recommend that the shipment is insured. The customer is responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.
* Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Once merchandise has been returned, a refund will be applied to the account through which payment was made within four weeks. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, 20% for freight shipped items, and shipping charges are non-refundable. At the discretion of, returns which do not follow the above guidelines may be refused and require the customer to pay return shipping and handling fees, or if accepted, may be subject to an additional restocking fee of up to 15%.
