Before completing your purchase, please confirm that you have selected the correct item(s),
color(s), accessories, etc. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the speed at
which we process these orders, all sales are final.
If you contact our customer service department
prior to shipment, we will make every effort to cancel or modify your order. However,
if we are unable to do so, you may return it as per our Return Policy.
Due to the very small profit margins available to UrbanScooters.com, all sales of UrbanScooters.com
products are final. UrbanScooters.com makes all reasonable efforts to assist with any
problems related to the delivery of products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, UrbanScooters.com
has a very limited Return Policy which permits merchandise to be returned within 30 days of the
purchase date (conditions apply, see our Return Policy
for more info). The customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee will apply.
