The new 2008 Go-Ped GSR Sport gas scooter is an upgrade of the old Go-Ped S25. It's packed with all the incredible quality and performance features found on the S25 with a few extras. The GSR Sport is chain driven and carries a modified engine with a centrifugal clutch that allows the scooter to idle and freewheel. These enhanced features make the Go-Ped GSR Sport a much easier scooter to ride. You also have the option of adding a seat and basket assembly. This Go-Ped Speed Racer is solid, extremely reliable and easy to maintain. The heavy duty aircraft quality steel frame supports up to 400 lbs. The wide, low riding platform gives a smooth and stable ride, and it folds for easy storage and transport.

The GPL290 28.5cc engine provides smooth yet thrilling acceleration, great torque for climbing hills and speeds of up to 21 mph. The new GPL290 engine has been fine tuned for excellent reliability, a quieter operation, and better fuel economy, yet is amazingly powerful in it's small and light weight package. This engine variation is created simply through it's modified cylinder that has smaller intake and exhaust ports, non adjustable carburetor and intake silencer. PMW will however, continue to carry the GP290RS top end kit and carburetor, both of which are amazingly effective bolt on performance upgrades for the GPL290.
