* Each E+ Flex Battery Pack is powerful, reliable and safe. The unique in-wheel location of the battery results in a bike with low center of gravity that is agile and extremely easy to maneuver. In this design, the batteries DO NOT rotate, the housing/wheel simply spin around them.
